RETURN POLICY

  • Please contact our Customer Care Consultant via [email protected] within 7 days from the date of purchase for size exchange.
  • Upon confirmation of acceptance from our Customer Care Consultant, please provide the receipt of shipping within 3 days.
  • All exchanges are subject to stock’s availability and please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges.Please contact our Customer Care Consultant first at [email protected]
  • Please take note that we will not accept anything that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached.
  • In the event if you ​return the item(s) to our Headquarter via postage, the cost of delivery shall be borne by the customer. You can return your package using any postal service; however, we ask that you obtain a proof of postage receipt for safekeeping.
  • UNFRIO will not be help responsible for any damages or loss occurred during your return shipment process. We also highly recommend that you use a postal service with a tracking option to track your return parcel.
MALAYSIA HASSLE-FREE RETURNS

If your UNFRIO order has been delivered wrongly / any defects on the items, you are entitle for a correct order free of charge, by returning us the defect order. All of the delivery charges will be bear by UNFRIO. within Malaysia. Refund of cash or payment is not available.

UNSUCCESFUL DELIVERY

If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to Unfrio by the courier company, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment. Reshipment will be charged accordingly.

If your UNFRIO order has been delivered wrongly / any defects on the items, here are some of the alternatives for you to reach us regarding this issue:

STEP 1. Bring your defected UNFRIO to the nearest post office and fill in this address in the consignment note:

STEP 2. Take a CLEAR photo of the receipt received from the post office and email it to [email protected] together with your Order ID, Defect Details, and Bank Account Number (preferably Maybank). The postage fees will be banked in to you on the Friday of that week.

STEP 3. We will take at least 7-14 working days to prepare and send your new UNFRIO order. In the mean time, please do patiently wait for your order to arrive.
